• Warranty terms depend on hardware manufacturers and suppliers.
• DeepakG is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, electrical issues, or third-party modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, code, graphics, and content created by DeepakG remain intellectual property until full payment is completed. After payment, ownership may be transferred according to the agreed project terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

DeepakG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including website downtime, third-party issues, or data loss.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the work completed and project stage. Custom development and completed installation work may not be eligible for refunds.
